Terms of Service.
The contract between you and novasoftstackmeta. This 2026 globally-compliant edition covers account ownership, advertising rewards (IAA), in-app purchases (IAP), anti-cheat, content moderation (DSA), and AI compliance. Plain English, no surprises.
When you download or install our Apps through the App Store, Google Play, or any other authorized distribution channel, you receive only a limited, non-transferable, non-rentable, non-loanable software usage right granted by novasoftstackmeta. You do not acquire legal ownership of the account or any in-App virtual property, including but not limited to coins, gems, skins, levels, items, badges, avatars, or other digital assets, regardless of how they were obtained.
1.2 Account Ownership & Registration
The account is registered and used by you; if registration requires information, you agree to provide truthful, complete information.
Account ownership belongs to novasoftstackmeta; you hold only a usage right to the account.
You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account and login credentials. Any account theft, virtual property loss, or other damage caused by your own improper operation (such as leaking your password or authorizing untrusted third parties) is your sole responsibility.
1.3 Account Recovery & Deletion
Accounts that have not been logged into for 180 consecutive days and have no payment records may be deleted by us. We will release server resources and provide advance notice at least 30 days before deletion via in-App push notifications, registered email (if any), or other reasonable means. After account deletion:
All virtual property in the account will be permanently deleted (except where retention is required by law).
All personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
1.4 Account Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Transfer, rent, lend, or sell your account to any third party.
Use your account for any commercial profit-making purpose.
Use your account for any illegal or non-compliant activity.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
If we discover that you are using your account in violation of these restrictions, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your account, delete virtual property within the account, and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
Our Apps display advertisements through the IAA (In-App Advertising) model, including but not limited to splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, native ads, and playable ads. Please review the following terms carefully.
2.1 Reward Acquisition Rules
Users must fully watch the rewarded video ad and complete any required ad interaction (if applicable).
During ad playback, abnormal operations are not allowed, including but not limited to: switching apps, locking the screen, using plug-ins to skip, using emulators, modifying device parameters, etc.
Rewards are credited immediately after ad playback is complete. If rewards are not credited due to network delay, ad platform malfunction, or other reasons, users may provide feedback via the in-App customer service channel. We will verify and process within 3 working days.
2.2 Ad Quality Assurance
We strictly audit the ad content provided by third-party ad platforms and strive to filter out inappropriate ads including violence, pornography, vulgarity, false propaganda, and illegal content. Ad content is delivered by third parties. If you find non-compliant ads, you may report them through the in-App "Ad Complaint" channel. We will verify within 24 hours, block or delete the non-compliant ad, and pursue responsibility against the third-party ad platform.
2.3 Ad Fraud Behavior Definition & Penalty Rules (Extremely Detailed)
2.3.1 Definition Scope
Any behavior that obtains ad rewards through improper means, evades ad playback, or interferes with ad statistics is considered ad fraud, including but not limited to:
Using plug-ins, scripts, cracking tools, or other means to skip ads, accelerate ad playback, or simulate ad viewing behavior.
Watching ads in bulk through multiple accounts or multiple devices, obtaining rewards and then reselling or monetizing them.
Modifying device parameters (such as device ID, IP address), using VPN / proxy tools to switch regions, watching ads in bulk.
Frequently switching apps, locking the screen, or restarting the device during ad playback to circumvent the complete viewing requirement.
Exploiting ad platform vulnerabilities to falsely trigger ad display or clicks, defrauding ad revenue.
Any other fraudulent behavior that interferes with normal ad playback or statistics.
2.3.2 Penalty Rules
First Violation: Warn the user, clear all unused ad rewards in the account, and restrict ad viewing permission for 7 days.
Second Violation: Ban the account's ad viewing permission for 30 days, clear all ad rewards in the account, and record device violation information.
Third or Subsequent Violations: Permanently ban the account's ad viewing permission, ban the related device's right to use the App, list it on the platform blacklist, and reserve the right to pursue the user's legal responsibility and recover advertising losses.
Serious Circumstances (such as bulk fraud or malicious disruption of the ad ecosystem): Permanently ban the account and related devices, report to the App Store / Google Play and other App stores, assist the platform in taking further punishment measures, simultaneously pursue the user's civil compensation responsibility, and transfer to judicial authorities for handling if suspected of violating the law.
Anti-Fraud Commitment: We have zero tolerance for ad fraud. Our automated detection systems continuously monitor for suspicious patterns. All violations are subject to our penalty rules above. We cooperate fully with ad networks (AppLovin, AdMob, Pangle, Meta, etc.) and law enforcement to identify and prosecute fraudulent actors.
The price displayed for virtual goods or value-added services purchased in-App includes the product price itself, the App Store platform commission (officially charged by Apple / Google), and any applicable VAT, tariffs, or other related taxes. The final payment price is subject to the App Store payment page. Price adjustments will be notified to users 7 days in advance through in-App announcements, push notifications, or other means.
3.2 Payment Rules
Payment operations are completed through the App Store / Google Play official payment channels. We do not directly collect any payment from users and do not store user payment information. After successful payment, virtual goods or value-added services will be credited to the account immediately. Users may view order details in the in-App "My Orders" section.
3.3 Refund Restrictions
Due to the immediacy and non-refundable nature of virtual goods and value-added services, once a user purchases and uses them (e.g., already-consumed coins, already-unlocked features), refunds are not supported in principle.
Special Circumstances Eligible for Refund (proof required):
Payment successful but virtual goods or value-added services not credited, and verified to be caused by our technical fault.
Unauthorized purchase by a minor without guardian consent: the guardian may provide relevant proof (such as minor's identity certificate, payment record) to apply for a refund to the App Store or us.
Major application failure that prevents the user from using the purchased value-added service, and cannot be fixed within 7 working days.
Refund Process: The user must submit the refund application through the App Store / Google Play official refund channel or the in-App customer service channel and provide relevant proof. We will verify within 3 working days, cooperate with the App Store to complete the refund processing, and the refund arrival time is subject to the App Store's official regulations.
Any behavior that obtains in-App virtual goods or value-added services through improper means, evades payment, or defrauds refunds is considered IAP fraud, including but not limited to:
Malicious refund: Exploiting App Store refund policy loopholes, purchasing virtual goods, using them, then applying for a refund without returning the used virtual goods.
Cracking the payment process: Obtaining virtual goods or value-added services by bypassing the official payment channel through plug-ins, scripts, cracked versions of the App, or other means.
Forging payment records: Forging orders or payment receipts to obtain virtual goods or value-added services.
Using stolen bank cards or payment accounts for purchases, or redeeming virtual goods through illegally obtained redemption codes.
Using VPN / proxy tools to switch to low-price regions to purchase virtual goods and circumvent normal pricing.
Bulk registration of accounts, exploiting App Store new-user discounts or promotional activities, maliciously purchasing virtual goods for resale or monetization.
Any other fraudulent behavior that evades payment or defrauds virtual goods or refunds.
3.4.2 Penalty Rules
First Violation: Warn the user, recover the virtual goods obtained through fraudulent means in the account, and restrict in-App purchase permission for 15 days.
Second Violation: Ban the account's in-App purchase permission for 90 days, clear all virtual goods in the account, record device violation information, and list on the platform blacklist.
Third or Subsequent Violations: Permanently ban the account and related devices, prohibit the use of the App and related services, report to the App Store, assist the platform in taking further punishment measures (such as account ban, restriction on device download of the App).
Serious Circumstances (such as bulk fraud, malicious card theft, or causing major economic loss): Permanently ban the account and related devices, pursue the user's civil compensation responsibility, transfer to judicial authorities for handling if suspected of violating the law, while reserving the right to report to the App Store and payment institutions, and assist relevant institutions in pursuing the user's responsibility.
3.5 Unauthorized Transaction Handling
If unauthorized transactions occur due to minor misoperation or account theft, the user (or guardian) must promptly contact Apple / Google official support while reporting to us, providing relevant proof (such as minor's identity certificate, account theft proof, payment record). We will cooperate with the App Store to verify and process, and assist the user in applying for a refund (subject to the refund conditions being met).
4. Anti-Cheat & Security Agreement (Detailed)
To safeguard the normal operation of our Apps and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and us, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following cheating or non-compliant behaviors. If violations are discovered, we will take corresponding penalty measures based on the severity. For serious cases, we will pursue legal responsibility.
4.1 Prohibited Behaviors
Using VPN, proxy tools, or other means to bypass regional restrictions or price differences, for cross-regional purchases, ad viewing, or other behaviors.
Using any automated scripts, emulators, plug-ins, cracked versions of the App, or other tools to interfere with normal operation of the App, tamper with App data, or obtain illegitimate benefits.
Capturing and modifying the App's communication protocol packets, forging data, interfering with App statistics, payment, advertising, or other core functions.
Bulk registration of accounts, maliciously inflating metrics or scores, interfering with App leaderboards or rating systems, damaging the App ecosystem.
Stealing other users' accounts or virtual property, or leaking other users' account information or personal data.
Modifying device parameters (such as device ID, IMEI, MAC address) to circumvent violation penalties or repeatedly obtain rewards.
Spreading App cracking methods or cheating tools, instigating others to engage in violations or cheating.
Any other violations or cheating behaviors that interfere with the normal operation of the App or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of users or us.
4.2 Penalty Measures
Based on the severity of the violation, we may take measures including: warning, restricting functions, banning the account, banning the device, or listing on the blacklist. For serious cases, we will pursue civil compensation responsibility and transfer to judicial authorities for handling if suspected of violating the law. Simultaneously, we reserve the right to delete the relevant data of the violating user, terminate the provision of services to them, and bear no compensation responsibility.
5. Content Review (DSA Compliance, Detailed)
For Apps that involve user-generated content (UGC), we strictly comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance requirements, establish a complete content review mechanism, standardize user content publishing behavior, and ensure content compliance.
5.1 Review Mechanism
We implement an "AI Automated Monitoring + Human Review" dual mechanism. AI tools monitor user-published content in real time, identify and initially intercept non-compliant content. The human review team performs secondary review of suspected non-compliant content and user-reported content to ensure review efficiency and accuracy.
5.2 "Notice and Takedown" Mechanism
If we discover that a user has published non-compliant content, we will immediately notify the user, explain the reason for the violation, and delete the non-compliant content within 24 hours. Users may appeal the deletion decision. We will verify and provide feedback within 3 working days.
5.3 Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from publishing the following non-compliant content, including but not limited to:
Politically sensitive content that endangers national security or undermines social stability.
Discriminatory content including racial, gender, or religious discrimination.
Inappropriate content including violence, pornography, vulgarity, gore, or terror.
False information, rumors, or misleading fraudulent content.
Content that infringes on the intellectual property, reputation, portrait, privacy, or other legitimate rights of others.
Other content that violates the laws and regulations of various countries / regions or public order and good morals.
5.4 User Responsibility
When publishing UGC content, users must ensure the legality, authenticity, and originality of the content and may not infringe on the legitimate rights of others. If a user publishes non-compliant content, we reserve the right to delete the content, restrict the user's publishing permissions, or ban the account. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. If losses are caused to us, we reserve the right to seek compensation.
5.5 DSA Additional Requirements
We publicly disclose content review standards, complaint handling processes, and detailed violation content disposition rules. We periodically publish UGC content review reports, accept supervision by users and regulatory authorities, establish a user appeal mechanism to protect users' legitimate rights. If large-scale UGC content is involved, we will appoint a dedicated content review officer to cooperate with EU regulatory authorities in inspections.
6. AI Content Compliance (where applicable)
For Apps that include AI-generated content (text, audio, images, interactive scenes), we comply with all applicable AI regulations including the EU AI Act, U.S. state AI laws, and other regional requirements.
6.1 Labeling
All AI-generated content is clearly labeled. Users are never misled into believing AI-generated content is human-authored.
6.2 Content Standards
AI-generated content is subject to the same content review standards as human-authored content (see Section 5). Prohibited categories are identical.
6.3 User Rights
Users have the right to:
Know whether content is AI-generated (via labeling).
Opt out of AI-generated content where technically feasible.
Report AI-generated content that violates these Terms.
Request human review of automated content decisions affecting them.
6.4 Liability
We are responsible for AI-generated content we publish. We are not responsible for user-generated content that uses our AI tools to create non-compliant material — that is the user's responsibility, subject to the same standards as Section 5.
